Green Mills Group
Green Mills Group (GMG) is the lead developer and managing partner of Lofts on 6th in partnership with The Pantry of Broward. GMG is a real estate developer based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with expertise in sustainable, multifamily development with an emphasis on affordable, workforce, senior, and permanent supportive housing. The principals of GMG have managed the development and financing of 70+ residential communities representing more than 8,000 apartments and $1 billion in total development costs. To achieve broad, community-driven outcomes, the firm often partners with local governments and not-for-profit organizations.
Since its inception, GMG has maintained one of Florida’s highest competitive LIHTC application success rates. Once approved for financing, Green Mills has never failed to close a transaction. GMG has collectively developed 13 affordable housing developments totaling 1,168 units across the State of Florida, with 413 units in progress with secured tax credit awards. Moreover, each completed Green Mills community receives stringent “green” energy efficiency certifications.
